At the closure of the Service Engagement, the Request Fulfillment Manager along with Engagement Manager and Client must
define the terms and conditions on the handover of Access Management activities. Key resources along with their roles
and responsibility needs to be determined and agreed upon between two parties. The Access Management Handover Report
must cover details of all activities handed over.
At the end of the handover activity, the Request Fulfillment Manager must produce an Access Management Summary. This
report contains details on the lessons learnt and any additional recommendations for potential improvement of Access
Management process, that can be reused by similar engagements in future.
